Learn more about NordBau 2024
Northern Europe's largest compact trade fair for the construction industry has been at home in Neumünster since 1956 and is about to present the complete spectrum of the construction industry with modern building materials and building elements, high-performance construction machinery, municipal equipment and commercial vehicles for construction and trade as well as the latest energy technology. NordBau has been cooperating with the partner country Denmark for over 40 years and is pleased to welcome over 60,000 visitors attending the trade fair every year.

S 43 SX hybrid
SCHWING hybrid
Faced with the global challenge of reducing the carbon footprint due to climate change, SCHWING has set itself the task of developing innovative approaches, new technologies and a fundamental expansion of drives to enable the transition to a low-carbon drive architecture. The choice is yours. With the new SCHWING hybrid technology, here presented in the all-new S 43 SX hybrid truck mounted concrete pump, concrete pumping is carried out electrically or, if required, with a proven Diesel drive. In electric mode, the concrete pump draws its power externally. You can choose between the 32 A, 63 A and 125 A connection types commonly used on construction sites. Optionally, a second connection can be used to combine electrical power up to a total output of 125 A. With SCHWING hybrid, we are paving the way to a climate-friendly future together.
UltraEco
Lightest mixer on the market at 9 m3
With a mixer weight of less than 3 tonnes, the new Ultra Eco is currently the lightest truck mixer on the market with a volume of 9 m3. SCHWING-Stetter is the first truck mixer manufacturer ever to consistently use Hardox 500 TUF for the drum shell to ensure extremely high wear resistance. A special manufacturing process makes it possible to produce the drum in this material quality. The drum is now fitted with deflected spirals to ensure stress-free installation, and the Ultra Eco II now offers a heavy-duty box as an option, which can also be retrofitted to existing truck mixers. With its new knee bar and optimised underride guard according to ECE R-58/3, the new Ultra Eco II now fully complies with the new truck mixer standard EN 12609. For the digital construction site 4.0, App-Control, a mixer control for Android smartphones or tablets as an alternative to radio remote control for control outside the danger zone, as well as Telematics, a Trendfire app for location, machine data or digital delivery notes, are available as options.
BioShifter
Rethinking the S-pipe
In 1960, Friedrich Wilhelm Schwing applied for a patent for the S-pipe as a version of a pipe diverter pump. It turned out that the ROCK slide valve, also developed by SCHWING, had advantages over the S-pipe for transporting concrete or other homogeneous media.
As the inventor of the S-pipe, SCHWING took up the issue once again and completely rethought the S-pipe using its decades of experience with the ROCK slide valve. The result is a modern pipe shifter pump that is specially designed for conveying biomass with a high proportion of impurities: the BioShifter.
The BioShifter is combined with a proven two-cylinder piston pump in various lengths and diameters depending on the application and offers the advantages of the ROCK slide valve with low wear, simple maintenance and low susceptibility to faults.
DynaRig
Flexible and dynamic
The new DynaRig support system developed by SCHWING-Stetter supplements the proven EASy support systems with a dynamic, flexible variant. The new system shows its advantages especially in demanding, cramped construction site situations:
Each prop can be moved into any position. The computer of the new VECTOR II control system calculates the maximum travel path of the boom from the prop configuration on a sector-specific basis to ensure safe, flexible use of the truck-mounted concrete pump on the construction site.
SCHWING-Stetter Telematics
SCHWING-Stetter is presenting two telematics solutions for the first time at the trade fair: an entry-level version with which the position of the construction machine and the data from the superstructure can be viewed. In addition, there is an enterprise version for particularly extensive requirements, with which the digital documentation of the complete process chain from concrete production, transport in the truck mixer with passive RFID tag to the construction site and delivery by means of a truck-mounted concrete pump, which is also digitally connected, and its digital delivery note can be tracked. The Enterprise version also provides information on the chassis used - even cross-manufacturer use in mixed fleets can be implemented on request.
TP 100 E
The mobile powerhouse
The compact TP 100 trailer pump has proven itself as a mobile power pack for construction sites where screed, mortar, fine concrete or concrete with a grain size of up to 32 mm needs to be pumped economically and reliably. With the P0615 pump battery and the XS-ROCK slide valve specially developed for the TP series, the TP 100 is available in variants with three diesel and two electric motors and impresses with its fast, water-saving cleaning, low wear and easy maintenance.
New is the TP 100 TC (Twin Circuit), whose dual-circuit hydraulics enable fast switching of the ROCK slide valve and thus only small pressure surges/pump strokes. Pump pauses are reduced and the continuous flow that is important for shotcrete is made possible. In addition to more ground clearance and a new 45 kW engine, SCHWING now also offers the ShotCrete option: the shotcrete system in which the pump for the setting accelerator additive is fully synchronised with the skirt valve and guarantees a particularly homogeneous shotcrete mix.
During Nordbau 2024, we look forward to presenting the all-electric TP 100 E, our innovative approach that enables the transition to a low-carbon drive architecture.
